TrustedObserver.com is the management portal for Trusted Observers (T-O's). T-O's register and receive a login to access training, log use of packs, and arrange for payment of processing (query) if not provided by the Value Added Reseller.
National Fingerprint University is open to all registered Trusted Observers, and contains a wealth of information on using Self-Capture Packs, including "Basic Training," print quality, video tutorials, and alternate methods for special circumstances. White papers on fingerprinting, FAQ, and a blog will also be available exclusively to Trusted Observers.
